Travel Grant

The 10th Azalea Festival Symposium offers travel bursaries to authors of outstanding abstracts submitted by non-Japanese residents living abroad.
Please apply for the travel grants after submitting your abstract.

Important Notes:

Submission Deadline: February 16(Mon.), 2026 (JST)

1. Travel grants are awarded to the first author of the submitted abstract.
2. The grants will be awarded at the symposium venue, and all recipients must attend the 10th Azalea Festival Symposium in person.
3. Recipients are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation during the meeting.
4. Award results will be announced by email in the end of February 2026.
